NEWS
10.30.06
- Our album Roadside Flowers has been receiving radio airplay all across this great
nation of ours. Feel free to request us at your local college station, because
chances are, they've got a copy.
06.08.06
- The Fluoride Program have two shows coming up in the next two days, both of which
will be rather special affairs, quite different from one another.
05.04.06
- Ladies and gents,
03.10.06
- A few items of note coming up in the next week:
02.23.06
- First off, we'd like to send a special "hello" to all the new friends we
made out on the road in the past two weeks. It was an incredibly successful
and enlightening trip from start to finish, and we truly appreciate all of
your support. We're already making plans for a return visit to see you all
again in the near future – we'll keep you posted.
02.09.06
- Just a quick note here to let you all know that our tour kicks off
tonight in South Bend, and will take us across the Midwest and out
to the East Coast before returning home for a series of three
CD release parties in Lansing, Ypsilanti, and Detroit. So whether you
live near or afar, come on out and see us when we drop by your neck
of the woods.
01.20.06
- The Fluoride Program's brand new album, Roadside Flowers, is
now available for purchase on our music page. We
also have a limited number of copies of our first EP, Bastion, available as
well, so if you don't have one already, pick up a copy before they're all gone.
We're currently offering free shipping on our discs, and we'll even throw in a free
TFP pin for good measure (just because we love you all). Can you beat that?
Cheers,
TFP
The first show will take place Thursday (tomorrow) at the Dreamland Theater in
Ypsilanti. For those of you who have never been there before, this is a super-small,
intimate venue, not unlike seeing a show in someone's living room. To honor the
occasion, we will be playing a completely acoustic set that will feature some TFP
rarities and revamped arrangements of other live favorites. Best of all, this show
is free (although the venue graciously accepts any donations).
The second show is on Friday at Smalls in Hamtramck. Smalls was one of the very
first venues we played back in the early days of TFP, and we have always enjoyed
playing there. This time around, we will be sharing the stage with our most
excellent friends The Banana Convention and a great band from Grand Rapids called
Smallspace. We would love to see everyone at this show!
That's all for now – we hope everyone is enjoying their not-quite-summer.
Make sure to drink lots of water and wear sunscreen.
Kisses,
TFP

First, tune in to WDET (101.9 FM) this Sunday night (March 12) to hear a live on-air
appearance with The Fluoride Program. We will be appearing on the Ralph Valdez
Program at 11pm. The Programs shall unite.
Then, next Friday (St. Patrick's Day), we will be performing at the WDET Spring
Fundraiser Showcase at 313.Jac. Come on out and support local public radio (and
music!) and raise a mug of green beer with Sue and Stirling one more time.
The following day (March 18), we'll be heading over to the west side of the state to bring
the rock to Hastings, Michigan. This will be an intimate show at the State Grounds
Coffee House. No opening act – just TFP for 19 straight hours of music. Just kidding.
We're looking forward to seeing some of you Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo/Lansing folks
